Accredited & protected
Recognised by Rwanda's tourism authorities
Booking a trip halfway across the world means trusting names you may have never heard of. This page explains exactly who regulates tourism in Rwanda, why their approval matters, and the credentials that back every booking you make with us.
Every operator is licence-verified
We check each company's RDB tourism licence before it can list a single tour. No licence, no listing.
Every package is reviewed
Our team reads every itinerary, price and inclusion before it goes live — no auto-published, unvetted trips.
Your payment is protected
We hold your money securely and release it to the operator as your trip happens, under clear cancellation terms.
The authorities behind Rwandan tourism
These are the official bodies that license, promote and uphold standards in Rwanda's tourism industry. Most travellers have never heard of them — here is who they are and why their approval is worth trusting.
Rwanda Development Board
Government tourism & conservation authority
The RDB is the government body that regulates tourism in Rwanda. It licenses every tour operator, manages the national parks, and issues the official permits for gorilla and chimpanzee trekking. If a company is authorised by the RDB, it is legally cleared to operate — the single most important credential in Rwandan tourism.
